WHERE TO BUY OFFICIAL FISE MONTPELLIER TICKETS?

The FISE Montpellier ticket office can only be found on the Internet FISEMONTPELLIER.COM. (Ticket to print at home or present on smartphone).
At the festival, there will be 2 ticket offices, one located at Place Jacques 1er d’Aragon and another at Place Jean Bene.

HELP, I DIDN'T RECEIVE MY ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL?

Once the order is validated, you should receive a confirmation email. This confirmation email includes the details of your order. Please note: Emails are sent to the address you used to place the order. If you have not received notification within 48 hours, we invite you to check your other email accounts and check the “Spam” or “Junk Mail” folder and your “trash”. If you still can’t find your confirmation email, send us an email to: ticketing@fise.fr

I SELECTED THE WRONG DAY WHEN PURCHASING MY SEAT IN THE GRANDSTAND AND/OR VIP, IS IT POSSIBLE TO MODIFY OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Sorry we can’t do anything.
In accordance with article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, tickets purchased on FISEMONTPELLIER.COM. are neither exchangeable nor refundable (except in the event of cancellation or postponement of FISE Montpellier – according to the conditions of the organizer).

CAN I SHARE MY TICKET WITH ANOTHER PERSON?

Désolé, nous ne pouvons rien faire. Conformément à l’article L.221-28 du Code de la Consommation, les billets achetés sur FISEMONTPELLIER.COM ne sont ni échangeables ni remboursables (sauf en cas d’annulation ou de report du FISE – selon les conditions de l’organisateur).

IS IT POSSIBLE TO LEAVE AND RE-ENTER THE FESTIVAL DURING THE SAME DAY?

Yes, but it will be mandatory to scan your QR code when entering and leaving the festival. Please note, any non-scanned outgoings from the festival will be final.

THE TICKET IS NOT IN MY NAME, CAN I USE IT?

It is strongly recommended not to attempt to enter the festival with a ticket bearing a name different from the person using it, checks will be carried out, all tickets will be scanned upon entering and leaving the festival.

Only buy your tickets on the official ticketing site FISEMONTPELLIER.COM.
Law No. 2012-348 of March 12, 2012 protects spectators against the resale of tickets by any company or individual not approved by the producer of the show. In application of this law (article 313-6-2 of the penal code), it is prohibited to resell show tickets outside approved points and without the express authorization of the producer of the show. Do not post photos of your tickets!
Pay attention to social networks (Facebook, X, Instagram, etc.). People could copy it and you will no longer be able to use your ticket.

Des places PMR existent aux abords du site et sont gérées par le service de voirie de la ville de MTP :

Cependant, nous conseillons à toutes et à tous de privilégier les transports en commun qui sont accessibles aux PMR, afin de se rendre sur site.
