VOLUNTEER PROGRAM / FISE CREW
The volunteer program team coordinates all operations relating to the smooth running of their

The Fixtures and Fittings and Logistics team manages all the operations required to configure

The Media Services/Communications team manages all operations for national and international media

WELCOME AND HOSPITALITY
The Welcome and Hospitality sector is responsible for welcoming and accompanying festival-goers, whether at the entrances and exits to the festival, in the grandstands or on the VIP Patio. Volunteers ensure optimal conditions for welcoming the public, informing and directing festival-goers and customers where necessary. Present throughout the FISE site, they are the first face of the event for the public and sports fans alike.

RECEPTION AND ECOLOGICAL AWARENESS (REA)
CSR can be seen as the social and ecological sector.
It includes public services in the broadest sense of the term, such as welcoming people with reduced mobility

- Set-up,

- Production and issue of accreditations.

BILLETTERIE
Volunteers will assist the technical staff with day-to-day management tasks, including
ticketing :
- Support at check-in points
- Customer reception
- Information on offers and payment methods (online and at box offices)

TECHNOLOGIES / REGIE VIDEO
The Technology/Video Management team provides the various users with all the tools, services and solutions
necessary for the smooth running of the event (IT equipment, audio and video
