The Welcome and Hospitality sector is responsible for welcoming and accompanying festival-goers, whether at the entrances and exits to the festival, in the grandstands or on the VIP Patio. Present throughout the FISE site, they are the first face of the event for the public and sports fans alike.

It includes public services in the broadest sense of the term, such as welcoming people with reduced mobility

The Technology/Video Management team provides the various users with all the tools, services and solutions
necessary for the smooth running of the event (IT equipment, audio and video
